i’ve been teaching for over a decade and offer different types of sessions depending on what you’re looking for. at the moment, classes are offered for adults only.

you can join one of my small group classes or book a private session - with friends, as a couple, or one-to-one. each class covers the core techniques of wheel throwing and handbuilding, with room to experiment and start creating pieces in your own style. one of my favourite parts of teaching is seeing students grow - from their very first cup to pieces they use at home, for seasonal celebrations, and as gifts for loved ones.

i started pottery in 2004 here in abu dhabi, alongside my career as an architect and many years spent painting and working within the visual arts. pottery became the place where the disciplines i cared about - structure, design, and colour - came together in a way that felt natural.now a full-time ceramic artist for over a decade, clay to pots is my ceramics studio - where i design, make, and glaze each piece by hand, guided by thoughtful design, attention to form, and creating pieces that feel intentional.
